Olis Mifer's S.A. was founded by Miquel Ferré Gasol and remains dedicated to the family's tradition activity of olive growing, which began in Figuerola del Camp, Tarragona.

At our facilities in Terrassa (Barcelona) we package and distribute oil with great care and professionalism, ensuring that it reaches our customers in optimum conditions for consumption.

Over the years the company has evolved constantly to meet the new demands of the market.

Our specific product line for the restaurant, catering and baking industry features a wide range of oils and fats exclusively for frying.

Our food line includes two noteworthy exclusive oils: PRISMA, a Kosher-certified extra virgin olive oil, and a new product, TODOFRIT, the only special oil for frying.

We are also the exclusive distributors in Spain of Italian firms specialising in the restaurant trade: ISTA DEL SANTO, which makes vegetable and mushroom products, and GIUSTI and SAN FRANCESCO, which produce Modena balsamic vinegar.

We have distributors in various parts of Spain and currently export our products to EU countries (including Poland), Chile and the USA.
